She joined Corales de la Tierra with over five years of experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) specializing in assisting adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Before this role, Victoria worked as a Residential Facility Manager where she modeled positive behaviors for youth and adolescents, teaching essential life skills while fostering resilience and mental well-being. Victoria holds degrees in Human Services and Social and Behavioral Sciences. Her professional experience spans diverse age groups. As an In-School Behavior Therapist, she utilized ABA therapy to help young children navigate preschool, expand their abilities and meet their unique needs through guidance and support. Growing up, Victoria was active in ballet, martial arts and cheerleading, cultivating qualities such as teamwork, perseverance and enthusiasm. Working with children amplified her cheerful, empathetic and goal-oriented nature, making her a natural fit for Corales de la Tierra. Victoria strives to motivate and empower others, helping them enhance their well-being and reach their full potential with equality and compassion. In her free time, she enjoys immersing herself in nature, hiking, traveling, practicing photography and snuggling with her cats.

A fun fact about Victoria: she spent five days in Seoul, South Korea, and five days in Beijing, China, studying martial arts and cultural traditions. She even had the chance to walk along the Great Wall of China! She has earned a second-degree black belt, a testament to her dedication and discipline.
